I ran 1 mile today.
That may not seem like much, but for a girl who suffers from patellofemoral syndrome (bad knees) and has a history of shin splints... it's a big deal. Even more so that I also ran 1 mile yesterday. And that I've gone running 7 times in these past 15 days. A few times even for 2 miles. I'm starting slow and doing this right, so I can keep at it.
It just makes me feel good.
