it might be because the flowers and trees are starting to bloom. the air smells like mud and new growth. the days are getting longer. I ran outside at 7pm last night and could still see. and sweat.
or it could be that the weather was gorgeous this weekend. and the forecast for next weekend in Michigan has improved significantly... from high of 35 and rainy to high of 51 and mostly sun. bright colors, cute belts, floral prints, and dresses are working their way into my wardrobe.
or maybe it's simply the fact that even though today is rainy, it's a warm rain.
there's a smile on my face. spring is here :)
